The famous Hollywood superstar Adele is reported to be just a few steps away from buying the famous Beverly Hills Mansion of Sylvester Stallone, the renowned movie muscleman.
Adele Laurie is an English singer and songwriter, one of the best-selling music artists, with sales of 120 million records over the world. Recently, the 33-year-old singer wants to become the new owner of Sylvester’s Beverly Hills mansion.
Adele ended her year of 2021 with a bang. She made a massive success of her new “30” album. After its huge success, the singer is stepping into the big world of real estate. She has already made her moves by buying property in Los Angeles as of 2021. But now, her new interest is the beautiful mansion of Beverly Park Home.
The Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Hills mansion is an 18,587 square feet home with 3.5 acres designed by Richard Landry. It is located in the exclusive guard-gated enclave of North Beverly Park. The mansion has six bedrooms with two master bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, a sauna bath, infinity pool, cigar room, screening room, custom bar, art studio. It is a double-story guest house.
In the early ’90s, famous Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone bought the mega-mansion. This beautiful mansion was listed for $110 million, but there were no takers, most probably due to COVID’19. The actor was having a tough time selling the mansion, so he cut the price to $85 million in May.
The actor is reportedly having moved to Florida with his family now. His new neighbors include Jon Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart, and Howard Stern. He relisted the property as $85 million, but he again dropped the price to $80 million in October. At first, he used an agency named Hilton and Hyland to sell the property. The agents were Paris Hilton’s dad Rick, his son Barron Hilton II and his wife, Tessa.
But sources had revealed that Adele is paying an amount of $58 million for this magnificent mansion. It is way down the price on which the house was enlisted. But a lot of questions arise about what is the reason behind this? Why is Adele interested in buying this Beverly Hills Mansion? Why is Adele offering such a low amount for the property?
Adele made it clear to everyone. She owns two properties nearby, somewhere in the hidden valley area of L.A. Adele talked about wanting bigger houses, and now she is getting one. She lives in L.A. because she thinks the property is too expensive in London. Adele is still in the middle of the inspection phase of escrow. However, the deal will be closed later this month if everything goes as planned.
