Asia’s prestigious real estate awards, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, was a celebratory event and the platform has vowed to increase sales in the Asian property market, even more, this year and going forward.
Their eyes are set on expansion and wish to withstand their strong position as a benchmark for excellence in development and design in real estate.
Throughout this year the Awards platform will expand their categories to include up-and-coming markets. This will include countries such as India, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Laos and Mongolia.
Founder and managing director for the Awards said: “Our expanded awards scheme is a tribute to the strength of the Asian real estate industry.
“Fair judgement and transparency of process are at the heart of the Awards and we’re delighted to introduce the awards system to Asia’s rapidly growing property markets.”
The Awards organisation has shown their commitment to robust judging protocols. Their success criteria have proved to be a success.
Launched by Ensign Media in 2005 in Thailand, the event is not hosted annually in countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia. As many as 600 C-level executives, VIP’s and senior industry figures attend the events – it is fantastic coming together that represents all of their hard work and dedication toward real estate as a continent.
This year will see winners from the 14 markets that compete for the title “Best in Asia” at the grand final in Singapore, on the 7th and 8th of November. The event will have seven Design categories, eight Development categories and two Developer categories.
A winner from last year speaks about their experience at the event. The Grand final champion named Sime Darby Property said:
“The recognition of Sime Darby Property as the Best Developer in South East Asia by such esteemed industry experts is a further testament to our commitment as a trusted developer.
“We were very honoured to receive the award and our heartfelt appreciation goes to the organiser.”
The event is welcoming so many great companies while showing their gratification for such success in their continent. The Asia property market is flourishing and with these annual events, it will encourage more and more investors to commit to the market too, while trusting it for its on-going success.
“For more than a decade we’ve had incredible support from various developers, who have been instrumental in the growth of the property sector.
“As we explore new countries for the platform, we will ensure that the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards truly is the region’s benchmark for the finest real estate developers, developments and design in the region.”
So we hope that the awards’ great journey will continue as it is and for the strong influence to continue.
Many international investors have their eye on the Asia property market, for their properties and for their high real estate standards, and no wonder why.
